Auckland born and bred, I started my career at a very young age in the family business, The Blind Foundation, where I learned a range of very valuable skills. After an 18-month apprenticeship, I changed careers due to health related issues. I tried being a farm dog for short while but living with farm pigs up north didn’t suit me, so I moved back to Auckland to take up a position as a family pet. Shortly afterwards I was promoted to top dog at Archway.
My main duties include welcoming the team every day, sniffing and scratching. I find great satisfaction in carrots, pats, lunchtime walks and pigs’ ears.
When not at work you can find me in the kitchen dreaming about what to eat next, barking at the neighbours and avoiding the 4 cats I live with who are actually worse than the pigs. I’m also a keen sportswoman and enjoy most ball sports and sea swimming.
