We're on a mission to give back!

We want to help communities around Aotearoa and beyond through our employee-led charity program, Archway Assist.

For every review we receive on Sourcr we'll donate $10. Each quarter one Archway employee will choose the charity for the quarter.

Charity of the Quarter: 4Ocean

From January to March 2025, all donations will go to 4Ocean, chosen by Stephen Graves, one of Archway’s Engineering Recruitment Specialists.

Stephen says, “4Ocean is an ocean clean-up initiative started by two surfers who were inspired to act after seeing increasing amounts of plastic on their favourite beaches. Their work has grown into a global effort to clean up oceans and coastlines while creating products like bracelets and apparel from recycled plastic. Each purchase supports their ‘Pull a Pound’ initiative, meaning every contribution directly helps remove a pound of plastic from the ocean. While a pound might not sound like much, plastic is incredibly lightweight, so it adds up quickly!

Supporting 4Ocean contributes to global efforts in combating ocean plastic pollution, which benefits marine environments worldwide, including those surrounding New Zealand.”
