We're on a mission to give back!

We want to help communities around Aotearoa and beyond through our employee-led charity program, Archway Assist.

For every review we receive on Sourcr we'll donate $10. Each quarter one Archway employee will choose the charity for the quarter.

Charity of the Quarter: KapiMana Multiples

From April to June 2025, all donations will go to KapiMana Multiples, chosen by Grant Richardson, one of Archway’s Construction and Engineering Recruitment Specialists.

Grant says, “I have chosen KapiMana Multiples because I am a parent of 3-year-old identical twin girls, and my wife and I have found this group to be incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our pregnancy, birth, and ongoing journey as parents of twins.

KapiMana Multiples is a completely volunteer-run organisation that supports and assists parents and families of multiple births (twins, triplets, and more) between Porirua and the Kāpiti Coast.

They provide food packages, equipment, clothing, discounts on nappies and formula, as well as antenatal information and various other resources to offer support. Additionally, they organise social gatherings to ensure you are not alone in your journey as a parent of multiples.

Their funding relies on donations, grants, and fundraising efforts throughout the year, which helps continue their mission to support and raise awareness for parents expecting two or more children.”

The Archway Assist donation will go towards the KapiMana Multiples hardship fund, which better supports parents requiring NICU and Starship stays or those generally lacking support. You can find out more about their support here: https://www.kapimanamultiples.org.nz/
